Artwork & Textiles

Both Wixarika Huichol yarn paintings from Mexico and the Shipibo woven song cloths from Peru hold layers of spiritual symbolism, prayers, and blessings. All are unique and hand made by Indigenous artisans.

Instruments

They are hand-carved with traditional design patterns. Shipibo crafted gourd rattles are traditionally used to break up static energy and to call in power, and are a wonderful addition to music and song.

About The Center

Our mission is to perpetuate the spiritual wisdom, culture, practices, and traditional ways of life of Indigenous people. We support projects initiated and directed by Indigenous communities, benefiting them through the perpetuation of elder wisdom, rituals, ceremonies, and traditions. By honoring and supporting Indigenous people, we aim to reacquaint the world with its spiritual heritage and inspire current and future generations to value their unique cultures.
