We gladly accepts returns and exchanges.
Contact us within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We will do everything we can to improve the situation.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds occur once the products have been received by us.
We accept cancellations if the purchase has not yet been mailed.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
Damaged or defective items are treated on a case-by-case basis. Each item is carefully packed, but if any damage occurs in transit, we are happy to replace it with a similar item in stock, with free shipping. If we have no similar item in stock, we are happy to refund the cost of the purchase. If one item out of several within an order is damaged, we replace or refund that one item. If the whole order is damaged, we replace the item(s) or refund the whole order, including shipping. Given the extent of the damage, we may request that the original item be returned to us, in exchange for a new item, with free shipping.
